Select
The all-rounder. Refined enough to whisk straight; confident enough to carry a signature drink.
The Leaf
Select is a first-flush tea picked in the Mingqian window, when the leaf is at its most concentrated — high in amino acids and supple in texture. Here the three cultivars come into balance: Longjing #43 lifts the aroma and adds a clean sweetness through the midpalate; Jiukeng lends body and a grounded, mineral depth; and Yabukita sets the savory umami backbone. The result is genuinely versatile — equally at home whisked on its own or anchoring a café's signature build.
Flavor Profile
Smooth and rounded. A gentle umami entry gives way to a natural midpalate sweetness, with only a light, pleasant astringency on the close. The finish is clean and bright, the liquor a fresh jade green — refined enough to enjoy alone, full enough to express itself through milk.

In the Cup
The everyday premium choice. Ideal for signature lattes and café specials where the matcha should be tasted, not just seen — and for venues that want one grade flexible enough to cover both whisked service and milk-based drinks.
