Latte Grade · Sample No. 3
Classic
Built for milk. Vigorous enough to keep its color and character in every cup.
The Leaf
The Classic grade is drawn from the same Zhejiang heritage gardens as the rest of the line, picked a touch later in the spring flush, when the leaf has gained body and strength. Shade-grown and selected for robustness, it is built to carry — a fuller, more structured leaf whose flavor and deep green hold straight through dairy, ice, and syrup without thinning or turning dull.
Flavor Profile
A brisk, full-bodied cup with a savory green core and a natural toasted-grain sweetness — notes of edamame and roasted chestnut over a clean vegetal backbone. Whisked alone it is bright and direct; the moment milk is added it holds, the color staying vivid jade and the matcha reading clearly rather than washing out.

In the Cup
The workhorse of a matcha program — made for daily, high-volume service: hot and iced lattes, smoothies, soft serve, and milk-tea bases, anywhere the matcha must stand up to other ingredients and still taste like matcha.
